Recalls: LDV Deliver 9
2019-21 LDV Deliver 9: rear brake pipe could leak
In February 2021, recall campaign LDV2101 was issued for 2019-21 LDV Deliver 9 vehicles. Due to a manufacturing defect, the rear brake pipe may leak brake fluid. This could result in a loss of braking performance which increased the risk of injury to vehicle occupants and other road users. For the VINs of the recalled vehicles, please see REC-000833.
2021-23 LDV Deliver 9: low-pressure fuel line could leak
In November 2024, recall campaign LDV2437 was issued for 2021-23 LDV Deliver 9 vehicles. Due to a manufacturing defect, the low-pressure fuel delivery line may not have met specifications. As a result, it may deteriorate and allow fuel to leak. In the presence of an external ignition source, the fuel could ignite and cause a vehicle fire, posing a risk of injury to vehicle occupants, other road users or bystanders, and a risk of property damage. To fix, an authorised LDV dealer was to inspect the vehicle and, if necessary, replace the fuel line. For the VINs of the recalled vehicles, please see REC-006165.
2024-26 LDV Deliver 9 and eDeliver 9: airbags could activate unexpectedly
In February 2026, recall campaign LDV2604 was issued for 2024-26 LDV Deliver 9 and eDeliver 9 vehicles. Due to a manufacturing defect, the Airbag Control Unit (ACU) software may have been calibrated with higher than intended sensitivity. As a result, the driver, passenger, curtain, and/or seat-mounted side airbags could have activated unexpectedly whilst driving. An unexpected activation could increase the risk of a collision and injury to vehicle occupants and other road users. For the VINs of the recalled vehicles, please see REC-006545.
