Recalls: Honda CY2 Accord e:HEV

2024 Honda CY2 Accord e:HEV: high-pressure fuel pump could leak
In November 2024, recall campaign 6YP was issued for 2024 Honda CY2 Accord e:HEV vehicles. Due to a manufacturing defect, the high-pressure fuel pump solenoid valve may develop cracks. This could cause a fuel leak which, in the presence of an external ignition source, could result in a vehicle fire. This posed a risk of injury to vehicle occupants and other road users, and a risk of damage to property. For the VINs of the recalled vehicles, please see REC-006151.
2024-25 Honda CY2 Accord e:HEV: software error could cause loss of power
In November 2025, recall campaign 6PE was issued for 2024-25 Honda CY2 Accord e:HEV vehicles. Due to a software issue, the integrated control module software may cause system errors – this could result in a sudden loss of motive power. This condition increased the risk of a collision and injury to vehicle occupants and other road users. To fix, a Honda dealer was to update the software.
